Training Format and Learning Outcomes

This one‑day training can be delivered face‑to‑face or online via Teams or Zoom. Participants learn how to increase their efficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and similar technologies. By the end of the course, office employees will be able to integrate AI into their workflows to boost productivity and will understand the fundamentals of working with artificial intelligence in a safe and ethical way.

Participation Requirements

Participants are expected to have basic knowledge of email and office applications; no prior knowledge of AI is required. Access to personal or corporate accounts for services like Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT is recommended.

Text Generation and Editing Applications

  • Creating text with Microsoft 365 Copilot: emails, announcements and reports
  • Integration with Word and Outlook using Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Prompt‑writing techniques for effective commands
  • Sample exercises: “Create a meeting summary,” “Get content suggestions”

Generating Visual Content and Preparing Presentations

  • Producing visuals with tools like DALL·E, Nano Banana and Canva AI
  • Designing presentations with PowerPoint Copilot
  • Visual search, editing and copyright awareness
